FAQ

How do I place an order?

1. Click on our 'Shop' tab on the Menu bar.

2. Choose items and specify your preferred size and color 

3. Once you're through shopping, click on the shopping cart at the upper right hand of the site

4. Checkout, fill in your details and submit your order

5. Pay via Paypal or Bank Deposit (for Bank Deposit, items will be on reserve for 2 working days).

6. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your order and tracking number for shipping

Payment and Shipping

We accept payment via Paypal and Bank Deposit. For Bank Deposit, follow the instructions on our checkout page or depost via QR code through our BPI account

Your order will be on reserve for you for 2 working days from the time of submission. Once you've deposited your payment, email the deposit slip or confirmation of payment screenshot to info@bonitathelabel.com so that we can process your order. During sale periods, please note that orders must be paid and proofs of payment sent before the sale period ends to avail of sale price.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for up to 7 days upon receipt of order. For any items bought on sale, there will be no exchanges or returns. 

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. For items bought before or after a discount period or price markdown, the price difference will not be refunded.

Operations

We're available to take your orders from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Orders placed outside of our operations and during the weekend will be processed the following working day.
